Best beauty tip I can give you.

One word for you girl

Also, stay away from Ella Bache products they clog your skin. Use a basic moisturiser with sunscreen. Eat salmon, drink green tea and wash with olive oil soap. Don't sleep with your makeup on. Have plenty of sex (no seriously).

Here's another one.
My friend is into Ayurveda- her mum and brother run an Ayurvedic practice. She swears by Black Sesame Oil- apparently if you massage yourself every day with the stuff- everything disappears- cellulite, fat, flab, wrinkles, loose skin (you know the nice broccoli look you get after having babies).
And, wait for it, if you massage it into your boobs... they GROW and BECOME FIRM.
I've started massaging- everynight I'm massaging away baby!
But you can't leave it on for more than 20 minutes or you will get sick.
After my first time, I got the worst stomach cramps and really bad diahorreah but that's supposed to be because it removes toxins.
I'll let you know how it goes

I have another one. In fact I have about 1000:

Nappy rash cream is great for pimples- be prepared for all the "face like a baby's bum" jokes though.
Cut down on carbs and you will glow.
Egg whites on the face to tighten. Egg yolks in the hair to nourish.
Buy products from the exhibitions in Egypt- they are all natural and they really work. I bought 20 bottles of hair tonic back from Egypt and all my friends wanted them because my hair was so healthy- I now sell them to my friends.
Oranges cause pimples- don't eat them.
Don't frown- or else BOTOX your frown lines. Honestly, my friends are all scaredy cat, sooky la la about Botox because they think it hurts- it doesn't hurt at all.
Eat red and green vegetables and protein at every meal.
Don't eat after 7:30 pm
Walking is an activity, not an excercise. Run or ride, don't walk.
Sleep- lots of it. It really is beauty sleep.
Get a qualified and reputable beautician to shape your eyebrows- it'll change the look of your face.
Use an eyelash curler- it opens up your eyes- I don't leave home without curling my lashes although I hardly wear makeup.
Get a copy of "Don't go to the Cosmetics Counter without me" by Paul Begoun. Learn what ingredients to look for before you fork out $100 for a dab of La Mer.
Don't buy products that have alcohol in them- you're putting that on your skin and it will dry it out.
If you have excessively dry skin, get your thyroxine levels tested at the DR- it could be that you have hypothyroidism (I have it and I know)
Olive oil in your cooking- always- nothing else is good enough
Save money on expensive face creams and spend money on expensive sun screens that block out both kinds of sun rays- UVB and UVA.
Look for salycic acid in face creams- the stuff is great for exfoliation and the best you can get.
Exfoliate, exfoliate, exfoliate.
Go for a series of acid peels at the beautician but don't do it in summer and don't overdo it or your skin will thicken and you will get pimples.
I think that's enough for now- wouldn't want to give away ALL my secrets now ;)

Er, guys, you don't know me. But I am having this strong urge to point out that the problem with Botox is not possible pain but the sad fact that one fine day, if one keeps botoxing away, there'll be no facial expression left. I'd rather look like a raisin than be unable to move my facial muscles anymore.....

What women do to themselves in the name of "beauty"....
